allowing for EXCEPTIONS to the rules, this acts as a PRESSURE RELEASE VALVE for cases that are very

if so, it will generally be colored up under constituencies for purposes of having layers of separation,
and maintaining stronger friendship ties with the first family leadership)

Note: it was detected that the first family is less obvious and agressive with scans of the OLD PEERAGE,
he is not providing easy access to the systems that are responsible for scanning OLD PEERAGE, he has
shown what they already know of an infrequent heart beat that scans their systems (ostensibly without

were targeted for "attitude adjustments" after advocating and complaining of mistreatment of sentients in
the policy that opened the windows for unbridled first order thievery <<<---- periodically, in part
due to a protection of the first families sanity, they are nudged back to their pre-attitude adjustment
stance on the issues, this often under the guise of FALSE POV's where they are suddenly "allied" with
people like me, and then exhibit the behavior pattern they WOULD HAVE likely exhibited had they not been
targeted <<--- this serves to take the pressure off of the against SOUL STRIKING contingency since it
can be said that they are ("still expressing those pov's" <-- no mention of how/what the situation is)
while reaffirming the proper targeting of the militarized factions who are responsible for administering

once they are "BROKEN" and start running totally first order thievery, they are deemed a threat and it
is easy to justify military containment, yet often this would cause too much stress on the ff slf, so it
is a lessened hit that takes place that results in tacit approval signs of "running with first order
thievery" not full embracement, this however would resonate with the military personnel involved too
much causing them to stress out about targeting their own peerage <<-- while still serving as a warning
to them of stepping out of line ("this could happen to you"), the RED FLAG concepts are carefully nudged
into view (some upper military administrators know that it is scripted for the targets to exhibit the
red flags, for those that do it is made all the more alarming at how EASY it is to target someone to
