That is true in some cases yes, especially if you only do it once and never look at the cognitive functions. But to say it means nothing is a bit silly, you have to have a rather volatile personality if you can suddenly change from being a introvert to a extrovert for instance. It is more likely you got it wrong the first time and you should look at the cognitive functions to be sure.

Personally, I've always been tested as a INTP. Most of /pol/ is INTP or INTJ, you won't see many ESFJ here and similar normie types. Most here are also iNtuitives even though N's only make up ~20% of the population. If it meant literally nothing then you would see all the types here in roughly the same %.

INFP, and I'm also left-leaning, but not regressive.

To any other INFPs out there having self-limiting beliefs and needing a little bit of advice, here's some of what I've learned.

Value progress, not results. Your expectations of "success" always change, which means you're always chasing something you'll never get. You'll always want to climb the ladder of the success higher and higher, so instead of focusing on results, make the journey itself the destination. Live for the moment. Trust the process. That's how you find the fulfillment you want in life. In the end, life's just a game, yes. Doesn't mean you don't play the game and enjoy it! Go do the shit that scares you the most. Scared of doing that thing you know you should be doing, but aren't? Do it anyway. That's courage that most people don't have. That is the only way to truly live life to the fullest. Everyone lives in regret because they let their subconscious self-limiting beliefs/habits get in their way. They take the easy way out to escape the emotional labor that needs to be done in order to be happy.

That's about it. Go live your life. It's not that complicated. Once you build good habits, you won't even need that much willpower to keep it up. Hardest part is just getting started, I know. Just get started, though. That's it. There's no hurry here. Just work toward your goals and enjoy the ride.

Not an INFJ, but look into meditation. Get in touch with your emotions and how they work. Find out how your higher, intuitive self has control over them by being able to feel and let go of negative emotions. Interesting you say you don't think about your type. I'm trying to get over social anxiety/moreover awkwardness/trying to stop caring how im perceive by others/confidence, and trying to get a gf for the first time (23) and try to see my issues through the lens of my type. But to each their own. Im definetly an analytical type. Any suggestions? Maybe its just me but I feel like our type can be prone to having issues if we are not thinking or calibrated correctly.
