Personally I think that tattoos are acceptable as long as they are not on the face or throat. If they are then the wearer is clearly dissatisfied with his/her appearance to the point where they probably don't love themselves enough to truly aid the cause.

Obesity is out of the question. Nobody who is seriously overweight would be allowed into the Utopia because theyre displaying contempt for their own existence. I would, however, allow a training camp/holding cell type arrangement where fatties who want to better themselves are allowed to be bootcamped into shape. Same goes for drug addicts.

Pet peeve, I'll admit, but I would not want men with excessively long hair either. Nor women with particularly short hair. I've no problem with gays or lesbians but their gender needs to be binary and their sexual identity kept respectfully stoic. Obviously I appreciate long hair doesn't equal gay but it denotes either liberal disregard for grooming or Marxist contempt for gender norms.
