The author of this ultra hard hitting bit of WaPo sleuthery is Monica Hesse. Wow, that Hesse must be a real detective, who always figures out the backstory to everything she covers, right? She's so thorough! I bet if she wrote an article about a convicted bomber who was a pedophile and out on parole for a 50 year sentence, she wouldn't omit THOSE facts from the story, would she?

Oh, oops. Difference is, the pedophile domestic terrorist is a leftist. Hesse couldn't bring herself to write that he'd killed people.
