There is nothing you can think that is original or not influenced by your primal origins. Free will doesn't exist, consciousness is an illusion. Not only that, but truth itself does not exist. Truth is a tool invented by humans to make sense of reality in a way that is useful only for survival. Any logical positivist knows this. What we can know to be "REAL" with a capital R isn't much. The only escape from this mental prison is LSD, or other psychedelics, because you can perceive reality in ways that you weren't programmed by evolution to perceive. Because what we experience in our conscious state is hallucinations that approximate reality just the same. Of course it still isn't the "truth", because the "truth" by conventional colloquial definition is untouchable. This could all be a fever dream, or a video game you can play, or most probably something far beyond inconceivable, and we will die knowing nothing about anything, responding to external stimuli, and keeping our stupid population alive. We are no more "conscious" than bacteria, and what we see is no more "real" than television.

Everyone who isn't a hardened, gaunt-faced shell of a human being is ignorant and naive. Everybody who is a hardened, gaunt-faced shell of a human is broken and waiting to die. Why else do you think that everybody is so stressed out? Everybody except for the idiots and the substance abusers, who go around thinking that things are fine as long as they feel good. They'll tell you that the problem depressed people have is that they just don't laugh enough, or that, like, you just have to like, make your own meaning with the life you've been given, man. Former: Ignorant. Latter: Ego. Life is like standing on a deserted island during a storm. People just arent strong enough for this world
