Assuming let's say the prey are whites and the predators are undesireables like spics, niggers and arabs, The whole apocalyptic thing wouldn't make sense since those people are usually segragated from the rest of the population therefore would only chimp out in the >90% predator communities.

Also how the fuck do prey feel underrepresented and underestimated when they are the majority? How the fuck did their predator mayor enact that stupid prey inclusion act? Was it like South Africa where all the wealth was with the predators?
