They may have leftover bits of intel from Priebus, there are more leakers, or they're intentionally giving the media leaks so that they'll think they still have active sources, which can be used to strategic advantage later. I think it's pretty clear that either way, the media are so desperate that they're going to run with whatever they can get. The noose is tightening and they feel it, no matter how much they may deny it to themselves out loud.
