As most of you know whites men have become pussies and we need to rebuild ourselves. How do we do that some of you may wonder? Well I've been getting back into James Bond recently and while reading and watching the older Bond films I saw something that western men can work to be like.
First you got to really work on your physicality with good eating and exercising.
Next be a jackass to women. They love it more than anything else. Show those white women that you don't need them, but you wouldn't mind sex with them. Now the MGTOW would complain that women would try to sue you, but the thing is women love alpha males. Look at all the women who stay with abusive boyfriends. They love it.
Lastly don't give in to fedora wearing. Now if you have pulled this off this won't be a problem because fedora tippers are ugly trash with no value, but it is tempting to go that route when you start rebuilding yourself.
Well there you have it an ideal for western men and one that will produce good results. Get out there and be a man.
