It absolutely is full of strawmen. That's why I say it's the compliment to Atlas Shrugged, another novel full of strawmen that make the ideology being pushed appear logical. At least in the case of Jennifer Government the writing is concise and much more humorous (not that Rand doesn't have her moments of humor but not all that much). It's an easy quick read.
