So I'm reading this biography of Spider-Man, right? Because that's just the level of loser that I am. And as I'm reading it, I notice that there are inconsistencies and inaccurate facts in it, basically it's riddled with mistakes.

So what do I do?

1) I conclude that because it is full of mistakes the person who wrote it has no idea what the fuck they were talking about

2) I ignore the mistakes and treat is as canon because...what reason is there? Becuase I get to personally cherry-pick which parts I like and which I don't and credibility or accuracy be damned?
