Nationalism as an ideology tends to get embroiled in petty side-issues. People don't seem to understand you should FIRST secure the most important national interests (curb foreign cash flow and migration) and only worry about other shit after.

The problem with nationalism is that is doesn`t includes the race component. For example, after the first balcanic war instead of organizing ourselves and continuing to smash the muslim hordes we started fighting amongst ourselves. Nationalism need the race concept.
