There will be a lot of smaller banks. The usual growth without any regulation will make monopoly banks. If it's regulated, there will be a lot smaller and less influential banks and the jews will be pretty much crippled.

it would end governments ability to pull dirty fiscal tricks to pay for all their massive retarded programs and kick the cost down the road in the form of boom/bust cycles and inflation that sometimes only hit generations later.

Stuff would actually have to be paid for with tax money and if modern governments would have to tax what they spend there would be a massive revolution across the western world within days with politicians and bankers swinging from lampposts and trees, because they would literally have to take everything and still come up short.
