This is a paradoxical meme and makes no sense. The USSR came to exist in the first place with the help of western philosophers, meddlers, and bankers. Opportunists from Berlin and New York. And then when the USSR ended, the savage and blind Allies descended upon their former comrades for the last time to loot and swindle away what they could from the ashes of the last respectable opponent they'll ever have.
