That is completely wrong, Creatine and Carnosine can be metabolized in the human body from amino acids. DHA and EPA are both found in spirulina. B12 is found in tempeh and nori.

Anyways, if the alleged insufficiency of these things in vegans was a problem then why does all the research show vegans are way healthier? Either those things are not an issue or it's balanced out by the benefits because all the research shows vegans are way healthier and get less chronic disease.

Had a terrible d3 deficiency as many vegans do, I felt psychotic and had massive mood swings and got sick all the fucking time. Vegans usually neglect to think about these thing and get ass raped by their own bodies when the problems start.

One more reason that it's not superior, any diet where common, simple nutrients are not obtained without supplementation or fortification = suboptimal diet. That cannot be refuted on logic, but I'm sure someone will try using feels as their plea.

I've known multiple vegans who have cancer and some who died from it as well.

Plenty who also died of heart attacks and other things vegans claim you can avoid on the diet.

Veganism makes sense if you want to feel good about not eating animals and that's it, the benefits end at your feelings because there's not much more benefit to it than that.

There's plenty of healthy vegetarians on the planet, and it isn't exactly difficult to live such a lifestyle in the west, so why is supporting the torture and killing of other living creatures that are capable of feeling love and pain not only necessary but a more morally sound decision to make over a vegetarian diet?
