Why can't the US form solid relationships with other countries?

>Putting sanctions on Russia because "m-muh election hacking"
>Putting sanctions on Iran because why the fuck not
>Putting sanctions on North Korea because....well they're actually a legitimate threat
>Putting OUR ships in the South China Sea even though China is threatening OTHER countries
>Arming Anti-Assad rebels which turned into ISIS (Based Trump removed this policy though so its good)
>Throwing Saddam Hussein out of power which left the country with no authority whatsoever
>Turn Libya into a complete shithole

Seriously, why can't we mind our own business and, at the very least get along with other countries? I get it, many of these world leaders have NO regard for human rights whatsoever, but really? Russia? China? Why do we hate them so much? All that we're doing is angering them even more with these stupid sanctions. We have enough problems here at home, with inner cities, healthcare etc.

And 600 BILLION dollars on military?? Come the fuck on, America. Couldn't we spend some of that money on education or healthcare? (inb4 government can't fix healthcare)
