Gender: behavior
Gender behaviors: masculine behaviors like wearing ties and acting dominant, and feminine behaviors like wearing dresses and acting submissive.
Transgender: men wearing dresses or women wearing ties.
Sex: physical characteristics
Sex characteristics: men have a penis and beard, women have a vagina and breasts.
Transsexual: men getting their penises removed and taking hormones to grow breasts, or women getting a penis implant and taking hormones to shrink their breasts.
People who try to change their physical bodies to the opposite sex are not transgender. They are transsexual.
Also, pronouns and bathrooms are divided by sex. A person's gender has nothing to do with it.

Nope, ready the OP. Gender is behavior. Sex is biological.
You can change your gender: a man can wear a dress.
But you can never change your sex. You can just try, by cutting off your penis, but your chromosomes are still male.
