A tiny bit of admixture is fine , there is no such thing as 100% pure. If it does exist it's very small. Most native Europeans have been largely unaffected by foreign admixture, even places like Spain and Italy which were invaded not only by northern Africans and Arabs but also germanics like the ostrogoths and visigoths.

While I'm not one of those racists, I have to say that your line of argumentation is shit.
First of, nobody who knows anything about human races will talk of an italian or french race - those are nationalities, not races.
Second, their line of argumentation normally isn't that you shouldn't mix races (which obviously is a pretty bad idea as it would mean inbreeding, weakening your race compared to others), but that you shouldn't mix with "lesser" races.
It's simply fact that the average (african) black is less intelligent and weaker (but more enduring) than the average white while the average american black is even stupider, but stronger (due to selective breeding during slavery). It's also fact that east asians are weaker than whites or blacks, but have intellgence comparable to western european whites.
All of this can be proven statistically and explained based on history.
Now obviously, the most important skill in the western world right now is intelligence, making the traits of the black races less useful. Also, since food is plenty atm, the economicality of the east asians is unneeded, making the white races the most suitable for the current conditions out of those three racial groups. (I'm ignoring the south-east asians as well as the australian and american natives here since I don't know enough about them).
If you believe that conditions will always stay the same and feel the need for your country / ethnical group to have an advantage over others, condemning racemixing is understandable.
Of course, if you understand that living conditions might change at any given time, having a multitude of races in your country becomes desirable instead - the more extreme and likely the changes are, the bigger that variety has to be.
