Cops have always been fascistic pieces of shit here in amerikkka. Look at how the FBI used them as political thugs against the civil rights movement and even drugged and assassinated Freddy Hampton. The US police force is an extension of slavery and always will be. They are meant to enforce private property and protect the ruling class, not the people. Race is still a clear issue but class is the main issue, as class society gives power to racism. Police brutality affects us all, we just need to recognize as privileged whites that it is mainly POC who are targeted by police. Some individual cops may be nice people, but they are actively supporting and complicit in a system designed to oppress.
