Don't allow society to pamper them anymore. They shouldn't get extra benefits for being a woman. Also it's time to stop the feminist propaganda and lies about strong independent women.

If a woman wants to enter the work force and is genuinely capable of bettering society, let her, but she must be prepared to face the difficulties and trials that come along with that. If she wants to play with the boys she must be prepared to play rough. This should dissuade most girls from seeking imaginary careers and focus on family instead.

Also, divorce should be much more difficult to acquire (if allowed at all). This will force people to truly consider the quality of the person they want to marry, and prevent hypergamy.

There are other steps that can be taken but these are just a couple that can be achieved in the relatively near future.
