I know it ain't on your list but there are still parts in Greece that aren't completely filled with Tourists and have relatively interesting stuff. Epirus has a lot of cool sites, nice food, and beautiful landscapes. I also spent a week in Ithaca it was pretty comfy. Montenegro was also ok, but expensive.
