A portion of the whites have been hit hard by affirmative action policies, mostly those in the public sector have lost their jobs during the late 90s and now live in squatters around Pretoria. The vast majority of whites are more middle class and own small businesses. Affirmative action makes it that most whites that go into STEM leave the country cus it's illegal to hire whites if there is a black guy who also wants the job, even when he's less qualified. There's still a class of white farmers who produce most of the country's food.

The only "secure" way is using deepweb applications such as Tor's (possible)chat/mail systems.
I have no experience in that however.

My advice would be to leave your exact plans ambiguous, as in, not even something you could accurately guess without analysing it to the furthest extent, leave out any concrete details.

Germany is fine with employment-based immigration as well. It requires some tweaks though to take possible missing (formal) qualifications into account. Said startup employments are one possible way. I have to think about it.

Another issue is what saffers want. Most I know want to stay--that's so Boer... and I can't blame them. Those who want to get out often tell me they don't have much funds or wanted qualifications that would allow for immigration.

Perhaps a two-tier approach is necessary. One for planned immigration and one for emergencies. The latter could be done through studies, industry internships, vacation with visum overstay. Have to be inventive here.
