>Time it took Syria to go from protests to war. - 136 Days.
>Time passed since protests in Venezuela started. - 120 Days.
Just yesterday the whole country went on a general strike to protest and 9 were killed (including one cop) in just one day, it is by far the bloodiest day since the protests started.
They got no guns so their not gonna do shit. Pick socialism and your rights are none existent to the superior class.

Syrians didnt have guns either. Black market finds a way and South America is full of them. There are a few things missing of course, like tribal societies that can easily organize and buy weapons.

The country is overstock with weapons after Chavez imaginary war against USA, now the ones in power have small shitty guerrillas founded by narcotrafic and armed with military equipment.
Everything there is very depressing there even more knowing internally the situation very well, there is not a future for the country.
What is this #SuicidazoNacional bullshit?
It's a joke hashtag, I think. It's likely Venezuela won't have Internet anymore after Sunday or Monday (Just rumors though, but it might end up being true)
So people are overreacting, it's because of that and the ANC that the gov is gonna try to implement today.
Venezuelans on Twitter posting about machine gun fire https://twitter.com/CatlinNya/status/891558334268133378, apparently vote tomorrow basically creates one party communist dictatorship. Translations of this https://twitter.com/txicregui/status/891523075505889281 are grim, basically all freedoms knocked out, so people (who aren't communists) there are pissed.

Also apparently Moot blocked the largest ISP in the country CANTV way back when so most of them can't even post to report. So that's fun.
Anyway, transferring this over from shitter, because apparently a lot of them can't access the chans and their country becomes a communist dictatorship in like 24 hours.
