Right here.
Trump is a failure until he seizes power. He will get nothing done without this. Therefore you should hate him as merely President, with all that titles weaknesses, knowing that his agenda is correct but he doesn't have the power to achieve even 1% of it.
And then you have to ask whether he's the type of man you'd want seizing power, even if his agenda is desirable. He strikes me as a vengeful, spiteful, mean-spirited man. Not good qualities for a tyrant, so personally I could see hating him as a dictator being reasonable as well.
