What it's important to understand is that this is rare, and it always presents as a clear desire to present and be perceived as the opposite sex.

Other things to note: In genuine transsexualism Male to Female is much more common that female to male. The reason for this is that human sex development basically defaults to female and then a process of masculinisation happens on to create a boy. Intersex conditions are a result of partial failure of this process.

Many of these genuine MtF transsexuals have very weak secondary sexual characteristics come in at puberty. They often turn out to have low testosterone and/or some degree of androgen resistance.

Not long ago we called Transgenderism Gender dysphoria or gender identity disorder (GID). Just take a look at the suicide rate of Transgender people pre AND post operation. Two things:
1) Humans have really great neuroplasticity. The portion of the brain responsible for spatial awareness is larger in taxi cab drivers than normal individuals. Does this mean that they were born with that difference, or that they developed that part of their brain by learning the layouts of massive cities? Perhaps behaving more like one sex overtime changes the brain.

2) Different brain structures does not indicate that the brain is healthy. People with schizophrenia have brains that are different. This is evidence that they need medical help, not that they need people to go along with their hallucinations.

At the moment, we have found that sex change operations present no significant deterrence to suicide amongst trans individuals. This might be evidence that we our looking for cures in wrong areas.

These twin studies you faggots keep mentioning use GID they "observe" in children and then pick some minute genetic factor about half of those kids share and then say that "maybe" there's a correlation, without any explanation as to why. The most commonly cited study used for this argument used a sample size of seven kids suspected of GID out of 314 sets of twins ages 4 to 17. The fact that the scientific community can't even come to a consensus as to what officially constitutes GID, especially in someone that hasn't even gone through puberty yet, should automatically tell you that these "studies" are half-assed horseshit and should be taken with less than a grain of salt.
