I'm convinced that Deutsche Welle has some sort of race quota that it needs to fill whenever it does news/euromaxx segments. Every time I watch them, it seems like that at least one story is about some non-white in Germany. They seem to like covering Turks especially.

Anyone else noticing this? Is there some sort of rule for DW that says that at least one story per show needs to be about a non-white? What's the deal with this?
