I was just wondering if the TSA is a sign of fascism or just basic security. These TSA guys make a lot of money, are given more respect than soldiers these days, and the TSA overall gets a lot of money. I was wondering whether we went back in time to say the founding fathers era and showed them exactly what it's like. Would they say "this is a gross violation of freedom" or would they say "yeah, this is to be expected, when we wrote the constitution we were protecting you from feudalism, not airport security, suck it up pussy".

>Is the TSA Unconstitutional?
The 9 say no, your opinion doesn't matter.

What is the 9?

SCOTUS
their interpretation ultimately is the only one that matters
Is it a 3 letter agency?

Well then NVM it's not unconstitutional.

>when we wrote the constitution we were protecting you from feudalism, not airport security, now let the nice man put his hand down your kids pant, for safety
Totally legit.

You get the point. Would they think we are not greeting the freedom we deserve or think we are wayyyyyy to overprotective of it.
Why would it be unconstitutional?
Not being intended by the founding fathers doesn't mean the TSA cant' fit within the spirit or letter of the constitution.
That said, it's mainly a waste of money and placebo.
Serious question. Are you 15 years old?
