I was just a babby when he was president. Was he really the shit? People don't talk about him much today. I sense that he was the last president we had that wasn't a complete dumbass. What is the best book about his administration?

He did some good and some bad. IMO his greatest achievement was essentially ending the Cold War and dissolving the USSR.

He's probably in the top 15 of all US presidents, but no higher.

Personality wise, I absolutely loved him. He was the best president in my lifetime when it came to communicating with America
