Under Obama it seemed like there was a major mass shooting every other month. Meanwhile before then there were only 1 or 2 notable shootings in 40 years.
So /pol/ anyone want to hazard a a guess at the cause or is this (((pure coincidence))) that this started and stopped under Obama?

Trump has only been in office for 6 months. The first high profile shooting in Obama's term (Ft. Hood Massacre) didn't occur until November of his first. Give it time.

those numbers are shit they include gang violence all you can determine from those numbers is either gang related shootings have gone up or mass shooting or random folk shooting up a place going postal ect have gone up or some combination.
I would suspect that gang violence has gone up related to the unfretted migration and lackadaisical boarder enforcement of the Obama admin but we need better numbers and data on that to draw any conclusions.
