Of course not. That's like asking if we would back the reddish aliens or the slightly orange aliens. Any alien intelligence would look at racists and think they are incredibly primitive.

When I say "racists" I'm not talking about eugenicists. Aliens are probably cool with eugenics. But most racists would be some of the first targets of eugenicists.
