i don't think he is a "good man" OP but what the fuck is he doing that is any of our business other than NOT killing christians?
gassing his own people? you'd have to be pretty n00b at life to believe the government on that one, but even if it was theoretically true and he did, "gassing" is no worse a way to kill than any other, and we don't invade or bomb other governments for all of the fucked up shit they do.
in reality the "human atrocity" stories are just something they trot out when they want an excuse to invade. we don't go to war, which causes hundreds of thousands of dead people, because we are the international batman and want to "avenge" 100 dead people. just do the math, you'll see it's fake.
