Not really. I'am in immense pain however. Finaly got ashamed of my laziness and started to go to the gym this week.

And holy fucking shit do my arms hurt, its like someone poured acid in every joint i have in my arms. Asked some frineds and they said its normal in the first weekend and will pass soon, but goddamit, i'am living painkiller to painkiller.

Well then don't overdo it as much. Moderate muscle soreness is alright and will pass in a couple of days. Anything more than that and you're just sabotaging yourself. Work up slowly, don't lift too much like retard.
