And when this happens, and when we allow freedom ring, when we let it ring from every village and every hamlet, from every state and every city, we will be able to speed up that day when all of God's children, black men and white men, Jews and Gentiles, Protestants and Catholics, will be able to join hands and sing in the words of the old Negro spiritual:

The content of one's character is to large degree based on one's genes and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Nature kicks Nurture out of the ring. Kids several generations down the line are still subject to the genes of their ancestors, be those ancestors feeble-minded, violent or cunning. Tabula Rasa is as real as the sentiments in hallmark greeting cards. What we are is to large degree determined at the moment of conception. But if people knew that, they wouldn't breed. That would mean less consumers, less profit
So they sell the myths of equality and tabula rasa to keep people popping out those future consumers and cannon fodder

The have-nots envy the haves. When the haves share, more is demanded. The generous are taken for fools. The lazy want it all for nothing and when they won't or can't earn it from their own labour, they whine
