You're a fucking moron. The best solution is stark libertarianism. You still have monopoly laws and the such, not libertarian utopia garbage, but no government assistance, no minimum wages, and heavy/effective policing. The nigg noggs (along with rarer but still existent trash of other races) who are worthless will die on their own while the black folk who are intelligent and worthwhile will contribute to society. The only reason the problem exists is because we fund them. You do realize that 2/3s or so of our budget is spent on social programs, right?
