Should we nuke Best Korea?

I say yes, and here is why. Now is the best time. They are still on single stage, maybe a boosted single stage nuclear weapon. They don't have very many of them. Despite their latest test, all sign point to their miss tech being in relatively early stages. They probably have few ICBMs that are actually attack ready. They have yet to REALLY minaturize a real nuclear weapon (i.e. MIRVed, 2/3 stage thermonuclear weapon) so at best it's going to be a few missles with a single warhead attached.

All that being said, they will eventually have a multi-stage warhead and a delivery system advanced enough to carry more than one at a time. They have shown that they will launch even test missles at their enemies (imagine Russia testing an ICBM warhead delivery over Germany). Kim seems to be crazy enough to actually launch one at somebody. Once they have the technology down, they absolutely will sell it to someone else (Iran, Pakistan, etc.).

So, should we pre-emptively nuke Best Korea?
