I am a doctor. A respected position, yes, but you more or less have to give up your life to be one (the first few years at least). Overtime (unpaid), weekends, night shifts - it more or less feels like you are always on duty. No time or energy to feel dominant when you are exhausted all day.

Pilot. Read an article how airlines are trying to figure out how to replace all the pilots that are due to retire. The traditional channels like the military cannot supply pilots in the amounts needed. Airlines are worried that they will have to cut back service because not enough pilots to man aircraft.

Becoming a pilot is not cheap, yet from what I understand, it's not that more expensive than going to a private four year college.

I think most of the posters in this thread are getting the male dominance hierarchy all wrong.

First, dominance hierarchies ultimately relate to sexual market value. There is no real reason to compete within an individual hierarchy other than to try and near the top so that you may be sexually selected by a female suitor for procreation.

Second, that means it doesn't matter if you think some certain profession is redpilled, cucked, or not worth all the work that has to be put into it. All that matters is if women find you more sexually desirable because of your profession. Third, don't think so much that you have to climb the giant, overwhelming hierarchy of all professions. You need to merely operate in one where you can approach the top. The manager of the local pub doesn't hold a candle to a doctor, but he'll still slay all kinds of pussy within the context of the bar.

There is too much competition in the market right now with massive investment and production driving the price and margins down into nothing. You have to be really really into your product and find an incredible botanist to develop a brand name at this point or start a bigger operation than the next guy and bleed him out.
