Define valid?
When you say valid do you mean an authority accepted by civilians inside a communist society or outside of it as legitimate; held to a standard subjective legitimacy via comparing the communist society to other societies; held to a kind of objective legitimacy by specific axioms that have to be met; or even just a society that functioned for a prolonged period of time?

Communism is a form of government just the way capitalism is. Just like feudalism, just like capitalism, communism ISN'T a form of government. It's an economic system, its a stage of human society. And capitalism transitioned from feudalism, and the next stage is communism.

Communism is not only inevitable, but it's our savior. Capitalism has already collectivized labor, but capitalists exploit our labor to benefit their own interests. Our society is driven by capitalists. It is dominated by the interests of these capitalists. Our society is dominated by capital.

The proletariat is going to revolt, and they are going to collectivize the ownership of the means of production. Our society will be driven not by profit, but by the means of the people.

The government in a communist society is not something I can speculate, but since it will be driven by the interests of the people, it will definitely be democratic, as the masses will dictate the path of society.

Communism is inevitable, and it will benefit all the people, and not just the parasitic few at the top
