This is gonna take a little while to formulate, but please allow me the time:
I work for a big company.
I also work in the entertainment industry.

Something I see....
As an intellectual white male, who has been in the upper ranks of business, and now starting over.
The assessment tests to be hired are geared for idiots with no sense of drive, and want to be only part of the team. They don't want leaders.
>They want monkeys.
They want equal rights.
The upper ceos of businesses are fucking companies by shrinking everything so their numbers look good.

>WTF happened to hiring go getters who want to achieve great things, and who have independent thoughts and actually want to rise through the ranks?
What happened to big companies wanting to hire the best of the best?
As a superior, I always hired the best of the best. The people smarter than me, to do amazing things for the company.

Over the last 8 years, it seems the whole hiring and personnel staffing has been dummied down.

Is this real?
