Hitler wasn't awful at painting but he was terrible with perspective, which is why he was turned down. He could also only paint landscapes, and not anything human or animal. He had no versatility in what he could do, and ultimately he was mediocre at what he could do.

Who are you, Hitler, Goebbels, or anyone else to determine what art is? Hitler was trying to a classic academy style when that was long since unpopular to the masses. He couldn't adapt or improve to the point he was accepted into a school, so when he was in power he sought revenge.

for example, the window in the bottom left is level while the rest are at the right angle for the perspective.
another one is the stairs bother me, the seem to straight, squared, and the guard rail is wider on one end.
the left ot the stairs inst blended in with the wall right. you cant distinguish where the wall stops and the ground starts but for some reason the stairs are clearly defined.
