You can blame a lot from red states on blacks, but as far as obesity goes it clearly isn't just the blacks

I'm trying to lose weight. I'm 5'8 and at one point I weighed 310. Possibly even more than that. I started weight loss at the end of last year and I'm down to about 265 or so. I have to weighed myself in a while. I'm eating much better and less and I've changed a position at my job that is more active but I still hate exercising. I feel like I need to lose a bit more before I can feel like I'm not going to die when I exercise. My goal was 100lbs by the end of this year. Don't know if I'll make it but I'm starting to buckle down even more to try and attain that goal.

when I was 16 I was 230lbs
i'm 19(almost 20) now and I fluctuate between 155lbs and 160lbs.
hard to say if I'll be obese in 2030 though I dont plan on it.
