Myth is stronger than truth. Everywhere the wreckage of truth is seen across the decaying Western civilization. It is myth that injects the spark of godhood into a race. It is purpose that is life's essence and drives it into it's struggle for supremacy.
There is no truth but victory, truth as it is understood is it's very opposite. With this attitude we must reject foremost the semitic heresy of a spherical planet which leaves our position as insignificant and only a spec in a vast, godless abyss. We are at the center of our world, we are supremely important and our decisions have consequentiality. We are descendents of an Aryan supper-race and are destined for world conquest and domination, we are the final master-race and must manifest destiny to cleanse the earth of our inferiors. This is a mandate from God.
There are only two ways, nihilism or victory.

You can't build something without a mandate or meaning for it's construction. The same applies to civilizations.
If you want to restore a civilization your foremost effort is to renew this reason. The reason cannot come from the truth or statistics.
