Taxes in the USA - Earned Income Credits

How about better education. Not just throwing money at it but actually getting rid of a lot of administrative positions that are also ran by teachers. Take power away from these unions and hold the teachers and parents to more responsibility. The issue will go away in a few generations except in commie shit holes.

What about a federal sales tax, on all items except food and necessities? This would have the rich paying more, and tourists and even illegals would also pay in?

State sales tax covers that already. Then there it's cute sales tax. More money isn't the solution. Better money management and removal of admin positions will. When you get the government involved, people try to real as much money to find themselves and their employees. Children are not the first thing on their mind.
