I know a guy at work who is a recovering addict. He tells a story of him being deep in his addiction and that only 3 of his friends understood how much hard he was doing to himself. Those 3 friends fucking kidnapped him and got him to treatment. My coworker has been sober for 8 years and he said it didn't take him long to discover that those 3 dudes are the only REAL friends he had. They cared enough to help him even when he thought he was having fun.

Excluding the ones who aren't just a bunch of attention whores going with the "latest fad", genuine transgenders experience what can be comparable to phantom pains, just in regards to the organs that differ between the sexes. Its a mindfuck, and transition is meant to deal with that, but its evidently not(suicide rates remaining post-op). Like most mental illnesses, a bullet to the head would be mercy rather than living with your brain being fucked, thinking it should have things that aren't there.

A while back we just called them cross dressers, because that's all they were really doing. The serious ones, which were rare, were said to have gender disphoria, a psychiatric condition.

I find it odd that they even cross dress saying they feel more like a woman but are just adhering to perceived social norms of what a woman dresses like. Women dont act and dress like their perceived stereotype and each culture is different.

Women in America don't dress and act like women in primitive Asia or Africa or some other shitty third world country. So where do they get the idea that they are women? They are just basing their identity on a specific, local custom of that time. Looking at how women dressed like lumberjacks in the grunge days of the 90s is a good example.
