How do we make eastern Europe more multicultural?

This is a thread for pro-immigration people whether you're a communist, libertarian socialist, democrat or even moderate republican. Xenophobes should not be here unless you want to make arguments in a civil manner.

Comrades, we have succeeded in making western Europe and Canada multicultural. The seeds have been planted and the multiethnic states will continue to blossom, especially with whites being a minority already among the younger demographics.

However, we have not succeeded with eastern and central-eastern European countries. How do we make those areas more multicultural?

I think Brussels should be given more power and should be in charge of redistributing non-euro immigrants throughout the EU member states.
