You're correct. But the ACA was the only option to the healthcare problem and uninsured and underinsured. Adults fine the best solution to a problem, not the perfect solution. And since universal healthcare was out of the question since conservatives believe not 0paying hundreds of dollars for medication will lead to Stalinism and gulags, what is a better option?
