The company is in pretty bad shape to be honest, nothing immediate since there is no debt and it can go a long time, but competition from Aldi and Wal Mart is pretty bad, then there is Amazon's upcoming threat.

The company has wasted tens of millions on expanding ever northward, losing money in most states and eating up the profits from Florida.

Then, the biggest fear is that most of our land is leased, and a lot of those leases are ending soon so rent prices are going to soar.

I lived in Tallahassee for three years when I first moved to the states from Ireland. I visit all the time and have been to a shit ton of FSU parties. It's just as crazy as you decide for it to be. I'm certainly not a partier but I don't mind a good time, and you can find that anywhere at FSU. I'm there because it's cheap and I have to pay for all of my college. Also I'm a legacy; my dad was a tv broadcaster in Tallahassee for 16 years, and my mum came from Ireland to play soccer there.
