I could find native people with that skin tone in probably any european countries. Anyway what a lot of people don't know is that jews, by their original israelite genetic stock, are closely related to armenians, turks, kurds, greeks, italians, and so are syrian and lebanese people, thier neighbhours. It always bothers me when I see people trying to be intelligent, original special snow flakes by saying "JESUS WAS A BROWN ARAB HE WOULDNT HAVE LOOKED LIKE HOW HE WAS DEPICTED IN WESTERN ART" when really, people only began speaking arabic in the levant after the islamic invasion/conversion, and would have looked different prior to this because of the injection of genes from the arabian peninsula. Jesus actually could have looked close to how he is tradtionally depicted in western art

probably because europeans are white so their art depicts him as white, just like koreans depict a korean jesus and africans depict an african jesus. Also, thats an ancient byzantine mural, so the people who painted that were well aware what ancient jews looked like. If I'm not mistaken that mural predates the brown invasions of the levant from the arabian peninsula (muslims).
