Anecdotal evidence, but that's exactly what made me reconsider my position on marriage and family. I have a cousin who's about ten years older than me, and I've come to admire his semi-traditional marriage and how they're raising their kids. Seeing how good family life can be when a couple each pulls their own weight and puts family first was eye-opening. Not that every other family I know is terrible, but they're the first to make me see raising children as something serious to aspire to rather than just another obligation.

Whether I'll be able to meet someone decent at this point, I don't know. But I'm considering it.
