1. Santiago is the first, 1st world city in South America.

2. Chile has the most stable government in South America, put together with the help of Chicago School of Economics and Pinochet.

3. All global businesses should attempt to do business in Chile before expanding in South America. If you can't do business successfully in Chile, walk away from South America.

4. Chileans are not thieves. You are confusing Mexicans with Chileans. Chileans are overall more European culturally than Mexican. Many Chileans don't have indian blood and are German Descendants - some still speak German.
