He meant that he's for smaller government and that all this tranny shit should be more of a state by state issue. That being said, trannies shouldn't be in our military. They shouldn't even be allowed to be police officers. People who think that they can be the opposite sex, and believe that "identifying," as that sex, makes them that sex, are not right in the head. Most likely not even capable of holding a job at a fast food joint. If you can't figure out that having a penis means you're male than how the fuck are you going to do anything else throughout life.
