5 chin ups 5 times a day
5 squats 5 times a day
5 push ups 5 times a day
Jog / run 1 mile a day.
Recently I got a respiratory infection, I noticed that most of the medicine we sell over the counter simply treats the symptoms and not the actual cause. So I went about experimenting in my kitchen. I came up with the "cure" for the common cold.
1 clove of garlic
1 "toe" of ginger (about the same size of the garlic)
1 table spoon of mint leaf
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
Heat this with 1 and 1/2 cup of water, strain it with a coffee filter, then drink that shit. It will fix you right up. Drink it 3 times a day.
